All information concerning Derby Central corps activities will be in this electronic diary with time, date, location and an optional brief. The diary will be updated daily with changes to events and additions.
Using the Electronic Diary
Click the link above to access the corps diary. You will see a weekly outlook of the corps diary. You can select a monthly and a daily outlook for more accurate timings by clicking the options across the top of the page. By default the page will open in a weekly out look and the week will start on a Sunday if you wish to change the default setting click preferences at the bottom left hand corner. You can click the event to get a summary and a brief description. The left panel has months at a glance for quick date finding. The top right corner indicates the last published day.
Booking an Event
If you need to book an event into the corps diary please complete the online form using the link above. You must include your event name, date, time, location and a brief description for the public to read. Your event will then be added onto the diary but will only be booked provisionally. To distinguish from confirmed dates, provisional dates will be marked with an ** either side of the title (see figure 1). Provisional bookings will be checked to ensure they are currently active and will be removed if not. Once the event has been confirmed and only when the event is confirm will the ** be removed. It is in your best interest to confirm your event A.S.A.P.
